Agreement

By creating an account or using Kingdom Reader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Kingdom Reader is operated by Kingdom Forge Labs.

The Service

Kingdom Reader is a free Bible study application. We provide tools for reading Scripture, listening to text-to-speech audio, following guided study journeys, and participating in study groups. The service is provided free of charge with no guarantee of availability or uptime.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Automated account creation is not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service without permission.
• Upload or share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

Content

Bible text provided through Kingdom Reader uses the King James Version, which is in the public domain. Study journeys, typology content, and other curated materials are provided by Kingdom Forge Labs. Content you create within the app (such as personal journeys or group posts) remains yours, but you grant us a license to store and display it as part of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Kingdom Reader is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Forge Labs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, which for a free service is zero.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Kingdom Forge Labs operates.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
