Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing in to or using Kingdom Reader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Kingdom Reader is operated by Field's Edge Software LLC.

The Service

Kingdom Reader is a free Bible study application. We provide tools for reading Scripture, listening to text-to-speech audio, following guided study journeys, and organizing study in groups (as membership containers — not a social feed). The service is provided free of charge, with no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases in Kingdom Reader, and with no guarantee of availability or uptime. See also our commitments.

Your Account

• You access Kingdom Reader with the shared Field's Edge Software sign-in (the same account used across our products, including Hundredfold Home).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create a self-serve account.
• A Child Account created by a Household Adult through Hundredfold Home may use Kingdom Reader under that adult's acceptance of the Hundredfold Home terms for the household. The child is not a separate contracting party to these Kingdom Reader terms.
• Automated account creation and credential stuffing are not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service without permission.
• Upload or share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

Content

Bible text in Kingdom Reader comes from translations that are in the public domain or otherwise openly licensed for our use. The current list of sources and attributions is published at Sources and may change as we add or update translations. Study journeys, typology content, and other curated materials are provided by Field's Edge Software LLC. Content you create within the app (such as personal journeys) remains yours, but you grant us a license to store and display it as part of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your Kingdom Reader data at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Kingdom Reader is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field's Edge Software LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, which for a free service is zero.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Field's Edge Software LLC operates.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
